Anna is available for piercings, jewellery changes, and jewellery removals: Wednesday & Thursday: 12PM to 8PM Saturday & Sunday: 12PM to 6PM Maddy is available for piercings, jewellery changes, ear styling, and removals: Tuesday & Friday: 12PM to 8PM by appointment and walk in Sunday: Walk ins only, 12PM to 6PM Not sure which piercer to book with? Without parental consent, you must be 16 years of age or older, with government-issued photo ID. You must be 18 years of age or older for genital and nipple piercings. - Everything (except nipples and genitals): 16 years old - Nipples and genitals: 18 years old With parental consent, government-issued ID (photo or non-photo) for child and government-issued photo ID for parent, minimum age is as follows: - Earlobes: 5 years old and up (*Please keep in mind: Our piercer will determine if they are ready based on their comfort level, ability to discuss the piercing, and whether they genuinely want it for themselves. The final decision is at our piercer’s discretion.) - Helix/Cartilage: 13 years old - Other ear piercings, nostril, belly button: 14 years old - Septum: 15 years old All other piercings are 16/18+.

We do not offer infant ear piercings, as we do not recommend piercing ears while they are still growing. As children develop, the shape and position of the ears can change, increasing the chance that piercings may become uneven over time. We offer children's earlobe piercings starting at age 5, depending on the child. Maddy pierces children's earlobes for ages 5 and up: Tuesday & Friday: 12PM to 8PM Anna pierces children's earlobes for ages 10 and up: Wednesday & Thursday: 12PM to 8PM Saturday: 12PM to 6PM Our piercer will determine if a child is ready based on their comfort level, ability to communicate throughout the appointment, and whether they genuinely want the piercing for themselves. The final decision is always at the piercer's discretion. Please note that we do not offer children's ear piercings on Sundays. Sundays are our busiest piercing day due to our BOGO promotion, and we want every child to have a calm, unhurried experience. The minimum age for piercings on Sundays is generally 14 years and older.

If you are under 16, you must bring a parent to sign for you. Parent AND child must have ID. For kids under the age of 16, must have one of the following: passport, birth certificate, or health card.

We use pre-sterilized, single-use needle only.

For the basic piercing cost, with the jewellery included, we use basic titanium jewellery. We also offer fancier titanium jewellery and 14k gold jewellery at an additional cost! Pricing varies depending on your choice of jewellery.

If your new piercing falls out, please come in immediately (or as soon as possible based off our hours). We will be happy to see if we can save the piercing, however we can't guarantee it, it depends on your body and how long it has been out. The faster you come see us, usually the better. If we cannot save the piercing, please know we try our best and are very sorry if not! You will be advised to wait 4 weeks for it to heal in order to get it re-pierced if you like. If this happens, it is a whole new piercing and will be charged as such.

If your new piercing is extra irritated and hurts, or you are concerned it may be infected, please come in immediately (or as soon as possible based off our hours). We will be happy to assess it and advise on what to do from there.
